mi variation del Minestrone, una buena sopa de invierno, a good winter soup

1 can diced tomatoes,
1 can tomato puree
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1C frozen vegetables
1 diced zucchini
1 can black beans
1 can red beans
1/2 C small pasta (orzo, pasta barley)
1/2 bunch cilantro
Salt, pepper to taste
1 tsp Oregano
Water to cover

In a soup pot, mix all the ingredients except cilantro, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 30-40 mn, add water if necessary.

May be served with grated Parmesan
